For brands, wholesalers and online sellers
Every order, from everywhere you sell, in one list.
OMNISYNC brings your shop till, Shopify, Amazon and your trade customers into one place, with one stock count behind them. Sell on one channel and the stock is right on all of them.
One list, one stock count. Example data.
What it does
Some connections depend on your plan. See the pricing page for which.
- All orders together
-
Orders from Shopify and Amazon arrive next to your shop sales and trade orders. Change a status in one place, see the full history of every order, and push any order to QuickBooks.
- Shopify, Amazon and QuickBooks
-
- Shopify: products, stock and orders kept in step, with a pause button when you need one
- Amazon: orders and stock, over a sync window you choose
- QuickBooks: customers and invoices sent across
- Trade portal
-
A storefront for your trade customers on your own domain, with your logo. They browse the catalogue, see coming-soon lines, check out in two steps, upload a payment receipt and download invoices. Returns are requested in the portal and stock goes back when you approve them.
- Point of sale
-
- Barcode scanner mode that adds items as they're scanned
- Cash, bank transfer and split payments
- Cash sessions with an opening float and a count at the end
- Discount codes, and loyalty points you set the rates for
- Returns from any past sale, with stock put back
- Stock and branches
-
Variants with their own stock (size, colour and so on). Run all branches from one stock pool or keep each separate. Stock held for pending orders is reserved, and low stock shows on the dashboard. Purchase orders go from draft to received, at the branch you choose.
- Warehouse fulfilment
-
If a 3PL warehouse ships for you, OMNISYNC sends it your orders through Extensiv Integration Manager. When the parcel goes out, the carrier and tracking number go back to where the order came from: Shopify, the trade portal or the sale.
- Quotes and invoices
-
Quotations with discounts, several taxes and a valid-until date, as a PDF. Turn an accepted quote into an invoice in one step.
- Reports
-
Sales over time, best sellers by quantity and revenue, staff performance, and profit and loss for any period.
- Staff and roles
-
Give each person only what they need: owner, admin, inventory manager, cashier or portal manager.
Start small, add channels later
The free plan covers one user, one store and 10 products, so you can find your way round before you connect anything. Paid plans start at $49 a month. Shopify and QuickBooks come with Growth, and Amazon with Elite.
