OmniSync is made by Versifyd. We build two products: OMNISYNC, for businesses that sell in a shop, online and to trade customers, and OmniSync Retail, a till and back office for grocery stores.
How we got here
OMNISYNC came first. It's built for businesses that sell in a shop, on Shopify, on Amazon and to trade customers, and need one stock count behind all of it. It's now on its seventh major version, and covers point of sale, stock across branches, a trade portal, accounting with QuickBooks and fulfilment through a 3PL warehouse.
Grocery came next, and it needed its own app. A cashier with a queue, a scanner and a scale has different problems from an online seller. So OmniSync Retail was built separately, with a till designed for the keyboard, scale labels, deliveries by the case, and expiry dates.
The two share the parts underneath that should never go wrong: sign-in with two-step verification, staff roles, separate data for every business, and billing.
What we care about
- Speed at the counter
Every second at the till is a second the queue waits. Keys are shown on screen, scans add up on one line, and nothing pops up for a good scan.
- Stock you can trust
Every sale, delivery, refund, transfer and count is recorded against the item. If a number looks wrong, you can see exactly how it got there.
- Plain words
Items, stock, till, shift and supplier. Not "SKU entities" or "sync jobs". The software should talk the way a shop owner does.
- Honest pricing
Prices are on the pricing page, both products have a free plan, and you can change plan whenever you like.
