OMNISYNC · Feature
One stock count for your shop, Shopify and Amazon.
Sell a jacket in the shop and Shopify knows. Get an order on Amazon and the shop's stock goes down. OMNISYNC keeps every channel working from the same numbers and puts all the orders in one list.
What's connected
- Shopify
-
- Connect your store securely in a few clicks
- Products and stock levels kept in step
- Orders imported into OMNISYNC as they come in
- Pause syncing when you need to, and pick up again later
- Amazon
-
- Orders brought in over a window you choose
- Stock levels sent to Amazon so you don't oversell
- QuickBooks
Customers and invoices sent across, and any order can be pushed to QuickBooks from the order page.
- Your shop and trade portal
Sales at the till and orders from your trade portal come off the same stock.
All orders in one list
Every order, from every channel, sits in one list with its channel next to it. Change a status in one place and see the full history of each order. If a 3PL warehouse ships for you, OMNISYNC sends it the orders and passes the tracking number back to Shopify, the portal or the sale.
Questions
Which plan includes the connections?
Shopify and QuickBooks come with Growth ($199 a month). Amazon and API access come with Elite ($399 a month). See pricing.
I only sell on Shopify. Do I need this?
Maybe not. Shopify's own POS may be enough. Read OMNISYNC vs Shopify POS for when it is, and when it isn't.
Can I keep different stock per branch?
Yes. Run all branches from one stock pool, or keep each branch separate.
